Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation in the HyLine Water Systems Affiliate Program (“Program”).
“HyLine,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means HyLine Water Systems, LLC and any related brands we designate. “You” or “your” means the applicant/affiliate. “Site” means any website, social media profile, email list, or other platform you control where you promote HyLine.
By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Program Overview
The purpose of the Program is to allow you to promote HyLine products and earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by customers who use your unique affiliate link or code.
HyLine products include water systems, accessories, filters, and other products we choose to make commissionable (together, “Products”).
We use GoAffPro as our tracking platform, but this Agreement is between you and HyLine, not you and GoAffPro.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
  • You must submit an accurate application through our affiliate portal.
  • We may approve or reject any application in our sole discretion.
  • We may reject or later remove affiliates whose content or conduct:
    • Promotes illegal activity
    • Promotes hate, discrimination, or violence
    • Contains sexually explicit, obscene, or defamatory material
    • Damages or conflicts with the HyLine brand in our judgment
You must keep your contact information (name, email, payout details, etc.) up to date in the affiliate dashboard.
3. Your Affiliate Links & Codes
Once approved, you’ll receive:
  • A unique affiliate link and/or
  • A unique coupon/discount code
You may share these on your site, social media, email list, and other channels you control, as long as you follow this Agreement and all applicable laws.
You are responsible for:
  • Using the correct links/codes
  • Making sure they work properly
  • Clearly disclosing that you may earn a commission (FTC disclosure)
Example disclosure:
“Some of the links in this post are affiliate links. If you use them to purchase, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”
4. Qualifying Purchases & Commissions
You earn commissions only on Qualifying Purchases.
A “Qualifying Purchase” is an order that:
  1. Is placed through your affiliate link or code as tracked by GoAffPro
  2. Is paid in full
  3. Is not cancelled, refunded, or charged back
  4. Is not a prohibited transaction (see below)
We do not pay commissions on:
  • Orders you place for yourself using your own link or code
  • Orders placed primarily for resale
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or high-risk orders, as determined by us
  • Orders that are refunded, cancelled, or charged back
If an order later results in a refund or chargeback, we may:
  • Deduct the corresponding commission from future payouts, or
  • Invoice you if there is no future commission balance
5. Commission Rates & Structure
Our current commission rates, levels, and any team/override structure are shown in your affiliate dashboard and/or separate commission schedule.
  • HyLine may adjust commission rates, eligible products, bonus structures, and qualifications at any time.
  • Changes will apply to future orders only.
  • Your continued participation after changes are posted in the dashboard constitutes acceptance.
If we ever publish different public-facing statements about commission rates, the commission schedule in the affiliate portal controls.
6. Payouts
  • Commissions are calculated in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Payouts are made via the payout methods we list in the affiliate portal (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, store credit, etc.).
  • We may set a minimum payout threshold (for example, $50) — if your balance is below that amount, it will roll over to the next period.
  • We may apply a hold period (for example, 30–60 days after the sale) to account for returns, chargebacks, and fraud review.
Any fees charged by the payout provider (e.g., PayPal fees, bank charges, or currency conversion) are your responsibility.
7. Acceptable & Unacceptable Promotion
You agree to promote HyLine honestly and in line with our brand.
You may NOT:
  • Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about HyLine products
  • Make disease-treatment claims (e.g., “this water cures cancer/diabetes/etc.”)
  • Run paid ads bidding on HyLine trademarks or close variations (e.g., “HyLine,” “HyLine Water Systems,” or our exact product names), unless you have our written permission
  • Use spam tactics (unsolicited bulk email, spam comments, fake reviews, etc.)
  • Use your affiliate link in coupon code directories or “public coupon” sites without our explicit approval
  • Misrepresent yourself as HyLine, customer support, or an official employee
  • Use your link or code primarily for your own household purchases or to “kick back” discounts in violation of this Agreement
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole judgment, whether any activity is abusive, misleading, or damaging to the HyLine brand. We may withhold or cancel commissions and/or terminate your account if we believe you’ve violated this section.
8. Relationship of the Parties
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of HyLine.
You do not have authority to:
  • Bind HyLine to contracts
  • Make promises, guarantees, or warranties on our behalf
  • Collect payments on our behalf
Your only compensation under this Program is the commissions explicitly described in this Agreement and the affiliate dashboard.
9. Intellectual Property
HyLine owns all rights to:
  • HyLine Water Systems and its associated names and logos
  • Product names
  • Trademarks, service marks, and brand assets
  • Website content, images, and materials we provide
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our name, logo, and product images solely to promote HyLine under this Program, as long as:
  • You don’t alter the logo or brand in a misleading or damaging way
  • You follow any brand guidelines we publish
  • You stop using them immediately if we revoke permission or terminate this Agreement
You retain ownership of your own content and branding.
10. Data & Privacy
We and GoAffPro may collect and use data related to:
  • Clicks on your affiliate link
  • Orders and commissions
  • Basic affiliate profile information
This data is used to operate and improve the Program, pay commissions, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Use of GoAffPro is also subject to GoAffPro’s own privacy and terms. Our site’s general Privacy Policy applies to customer data.
11. Term & Termination
This Agreement begins when we approve your application and continues until terminated.
We may terminate or suspend your participation at any time, with or without cause, including (but not limited to) if:
  • You violate this Agreement
  • You damage or risk damaging the HyLine brand
  • You engage in fraud, abuse, or deceptive practices
  • You are inactive for an extended period
You may terminate your participation at any time by closing your affiliate account or notifying us in writing.
Upon termination:
  • You must stop using your affiliate links and codes
  • You must remove HyLine logos and materials from your sites and marketing
  • We may withhold commissions for a reasonable period to account for returns, chargebacks, or fraud review
Any provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., liability limits, IP, unpaid debit balances, etc.) will continue after termination.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
  • HyLine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (loss of profits, business, or data), even if advised of the possibility.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims relating to the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. No Guarantees
We do not promise:
  • Any minimum income or results
  • That tracking will be error-free 100% of the time
  • That the website or affiliate portal will never experience downtime or technical issues
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate tracking and pay earned commissions.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
15. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
  • Changes will be posted in the affiliate portal and/or on our website.
  • Material changes may also be emailed to the address on file.
  • Continued participation after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
If you do not agree with any change, your option is to stop participating in the Program.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any commission schedules and policies we publish in the affiliate portal, constitutes the entire understanding between you and HyLine regarding the Program.
